Acquire cardboard trays and cartons for plants
Set-up displays – Thursday, May 17 from 4 to 7 PM
Bring staging from cellar of church, set it up on the Common and eat Pizza
Wrangle Tents – Friday, May 18 – 5 to 6:30 PM
Work as a team to set up the tents that shade us from the sun (we hope) or keep the rain at bay and eat Pizza
Vendor Space Set-up – Friday, May 18 – 5 to 6:30 PM

Final Set-up – Saturday, May 19 – 7:30 AM > fini
Bring tables & chairs from inside and arrange them as needed on the Common (in particular, arrange them in the lunch area. Also, help with final Vendor set-up
Clean-up! – Saturday, May 19 – 2:30 > fini
Return Common to pre-sale condition: Remove rubbish to designated area, return staging to church cellar and move unsold plants

Pick-up plants – Friday, May 18, 8A to 3P
Drive to nurseries and collect plants and deliver them to Bedford Common
Set-up plants Friday, May 18
Choose a shift: Noon to 3P; Early afternoon; and After 3 – until dusk
Receive and price last-minute donations; place plants in appropriate areas; create and arrange signage and eat pizza

Prepare a total slip for each customer so that the cashiers can quickly take payments
